Group tours
Join a scheduled Niagara or wine-country departure. Other guests may be on the same vehicle. Priced per person, with a chauffeur driving.
Private chauffeur
The vehicle is reserved for the people on your booking. Niagara, an evening out, a wedding, or a few hours — you set the plan.
Pickup and drop-off
Pearson, Hamilton, a hotel, or home. We collect you and take you to the next door. No itinerary unless you ask for one.
Tour packages
A full day with a written itinerary: the Falls, Clifton Hill, Fallsview, wine country. Private or group, depending on the package you choose.
By the hour
Keep a chauffeur with you for dinners, appointments, and nights that change. You never drive.
Weddings and events
Ceremony to dinner, hotel to venue, last guests home. Private vehicle or coach for the party you booked.
Sprinters for seven or fourteen, an SUV when the party is smaller, a coach when it is not. Private bookings use one vehicle for the people on the reservation. Group tours share a scheduled departure. Either way, a chauffeur drives.

You can join a group departure with other guests, reserve a private vehicle for the people on your booking, book a simple pickup and drop-off, or take a tour package with a written itinerary. In every case a licensed chauffeur drives. This is not a car rental.

You see the price before anything is charged. A deposit holds the seats or the vehicle. A licensed chauffeur drives.

Before you book
Questions we are asked most
Where do you pick up?
Anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Niagara, and the nearby cities — home, hotel, office, or arrivals at Pearson and Hamilton.
What kinds of trip can I book?
Four, mainly. A group tour you join with other guests. A private chauffeur reserved for the people on your booking. A pickup and drop-off, such as the airport or a hotel. Or a full tour package with a written itinerary. Every listing says which one it is. A licensed chauffeur drives; this is not a rental.
Will I be with other people?
On a group tour, yes — other guests who booked the same departure may share the vehicle. On a private chauffeur or a private tour package, no. Pickup and drop-off is just your booking, unless you asked to join a shared airport run.
When is the booking reserved?
When the deposit is paid. Until then you are looking at a quote, and you can close the page with nothing charged.
When do I pay the rest?
The evening before travel. You can settle earlier from your trip page. A tip, if you would like to add one, is collected with that balance.
What if our plans change?
Cancel more than forty-eight hours ahead for a full refund. Inside forty-eight hours we refund half; inside twenty-four hours the deposit is kept. Once the chauffeur is on the road, the trip cannot be cancelled.
