These terms apply to private tours, airport transfers, hourly charter, and event cars booked with Royal Bengal Tiger Coach.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include 13% HST (784192334RT0001). A 30% deposit holds the vehicle. The balance is due 24 hours before pickup. Bengal Pay checks the card, captures the amount, and discards the full number. We store brand, last four digits, and expiry only.
Forty-eight hours or more before pickup: full refund of amounts paid. Twenty-four to forty-eight hours: half. Inside twenty-four hours, or once the guest is on board, the deposit is retained. Rolling trips cannot be cancelled from the client desk.
After assignment you receive a live map token. Anyone with the link can follow the van. The public page does not show phone numbers, emails, or card details. You can copy the link from the trip page.
Guest name, contact, itinerary, and receipts sit on your signed-in account. We do not sell this data. Email notices are filed to your Bengal inbox on this service.
