How a Niagara day actually works

Written for people comparing a C$110 Toronto coach tour with a private cabin. Royal Bengal Tiger Coach is the cabin. We will tell you when the bus is the better buy.

The Toronto–Niagara coach bus is a product. A private cabin is a different one.

Twelve hotel pickups, a maple-syrup stop, and a fixed lunch are a good business. They are not your day.

Nights · 6 min

Fallsview or Clifton Hill: pick the night before you pick the van.

One is chandeliers and a porte-cochère. The other is neon, the SkyWheel, and a 1 a.m. collect.

Airports · 5 min

Land at Pearson. See the Falls. Skip the downtown layover.

The van is the layover. Flight watch on the board. Bags in the cabin. QEW west.

Wine country · 6 min

A Bench day where nobody in the group has to drive.

Three or four rooms. Old-town NOTL if you still want it. The chauffeur is the designated driver. That is the entire product.

Mid-November through mid-January. Illumination plus the Parkway displays. The boat is closed. The railing is not.
